文家街道康庄社区是统筹城乡一体化战略形成的新型涉农社区,社区居民是来自文家辖区内盐井、乐平和董家坝三个村的拆迁安置居民。以前居民们大多务农为生,有比较稳定的农业收入,拆迁以后,居民都成为了失地农民,失去的除了土地,还有稳定的收入来源。设计试图在场地中找到一种关系去联接生活的过去和未来，共建共享以达到每个人心中的圆满。 圆则满，满则圆，取道中庸。中国人自古喜爱“圆圆满满”。文家社区城市更新，不仅仅是城市功能缺失的补位，更是人们对圆满美好的愿望寄托。设计中以圆为语言，构建人们对未来美好生活画面的憧憬。

Kangzhuang community of Wenjia street is a new type of agriculture related community formed by the overall urban-rural integration strategy. The community residents are relocated residents from Yanjing, Leping and dongjiaba villages in Wenjia district. In the past, most of the residents lived in agriculture and had a relatively stable agricultural income. After the demolition, the residents became landless farmers. In addition to the land, they also lost a stable source of income. The design tries to find a relationship in the site to connect the past and future of life, build and share, so as to achieve the perfection in everyone’s heart.  The urban renewal of Wenjia community is not only a replacement for the lack of urban function, but also people’s desire for perfection. In the design, the circle is used as the language to build people’s vision for a better life in the future.
